When coach Kyrstin Blood talks about her team, she can’t help but mention the number of seniors who are leading this group this season.
Last year the squad finished fourth behind Edmond North, McGuinness, and Moore. The margins were slim, but it has fueled this group of seniors to put in the hard work and help their teammates has they inch closer to competing at state.
Coach Blood said the 15 seniors are leading the way. That group includes;
Ava Barnett, Braley Hix, Delainey Jackson, Jentri Price, Kelsey Hargis, Lacey Heatherly, Landon Hinkle, Leah Riffe, Madi Whitekiller, Maicy Bules, Marley Foster, Presley Blaylock, Reese Murphree, Rileyanne Hawpe, and Tiffany Fox.
The juniors include Anna Krieg, Ashlynn Schrieber, Cherish Dixon, Chloe Brown, Halle Hogan, Jailyn Youngblood-Logan, Jaxon Roop, Kynlee Rettedal, Maggie Hicks, Mia Nanita, and Rylee Gellner.
The sophomore group includes Haleigh Thayer, Josie Hickey, Kambryn Hanna, Kyler Ghesquire, London Duffey, and Madison Lewis.
Six freshmen are on the squad which includes Arieanah Stokes, Emma Brown, Hanley Henson, Karstyn Hanna, Leah Christman, and Malia Calotis.
