Broken Arrow’s 4 Players Flying Under the Radar this Winter – Presented by Excel Therapy

Check out these players who are expected to have great seasons on the court and mat this
winter.
Jordyn Todhunter – Wrestling
No stranger to big matches and tournaments, Jordyn Todhunter should become a name spoken on a regular basis this season when it comes to girls wrestling in Oklahoma. With a preseason ranking of No. 4 at 130-pounds, Todhunter is poised for her best season as a Tiger.

Brooklynn Smitherman – Basketball
Now a sophomore, Smitherman played varsity minutes last year as a freshman and averaged 1.9 points and 1.6 rebounds a game. Coach Coffey said Smitherman is long and explosive. Thanks to some hard work this offseason, Smitherman has improved her athleticism and is shooting the 3-ball better this year. On a team full of standouts, Smitherman is making a name for herself.

Annabell Chase – Wrestling
Not new to wrestling, Annabell Chase has wrestled in some big tournaments, but this season feels like it could be special. Chase continues to work and improve and is looking to find her way to the podium. Coming into the season Chase is ranked No. 3 at 120-pounds.

Corban Dow – Basketball
A taller version of his older brother at this stage in his playing career, Corban Dow is a 6- foot-5 guard who is a matchup nightmare for most guards in the conference. Dow is expected to see the floor and if his production continues to climb, expect to see him on the court on a regular basis. Dow has the tools to become one of the top players in the area, maybe the state.
