Senior center back for the Broken Arrow High School soccer team, Jack Hendrickson, said the goal for this season is simple, win state.
“The goal for this season is to take state,” said Hendrickson. “This season, I have improved the most on encouraging and bringing up my teammates.”
The senior said the team is focused and being held to a higher standard. Something they have embraced.
“What I love most about my teammates is that we hold each other to a high standard and have the ability to have fun while being productive and putting in hard work,” said Hendrickson.
As a student, Hendrickson said his favorite class is leadership and his favorite teacher is Mr. Sutterfield. Hendrickson also devotes time to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and said he plans on attending college and continuing his athletic career.
“What I love most about being a student-athlete at BA is being able to go out and do what I love every day,” said Hendrickson. “After I graduate, I am going on to attend NSU to continue my soccer and athletic career.”
In his free time, Hendrickson said he enjoys hanging out with family and friends.
